Q. Maybe things are a little bit bad. But the news media seems to be pushing for things to be worse. I even know of a few people who have been laid off in preemptive lay-offs; the company that laid them off, technically, wasn't hurting yet. But they laid them off because they expected to be hurting in the future, mostly because of new reports and forecasts. Asked by supergeek87 - Sat Jan 31 23:56:33 2009 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments A. I'm glad someone else has noticed this. I agree with you totally. They blow everything out of proportion. However, things are bad. They helped raise the prices on gas too, or so I think. Answered by Doctor Click - Sun Feb 1 00:02:52 2009 How come the News Media never tells us how bad it was last time Democrats owned the White House and Congress? Q. The last time there was a Democratic controlled congress and a Democrat in the White House(77-81) we had double digit inflation, high unemployment, long gas lines and Iran Raided our embassy, took hostages and did not let them go until Ronald Reagan's inauguration day on Jan. 20, 1981. Now of coarse you never hear about any of this today but these are irrefutable facts that are being ignored by the mainstream media. Answered by Mel - Mon Sep 22 10:20:25 2008 Could the news media be ignoring Ron Paul, because he does not banter to the polsyers.?
Q. It seems to me that he is being ignored by the mainstream news media (FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC) because he is defying their reasoning in all the mone he has raised. He is genuine and does not change his messageto satisfy their hype. Does anyone else think he is being ignored and disregarded because of his honesty. I think he is not a politician but a politicians night-mare. Anyone else feel the same way. Asked by drlsgtsonny - Thu Jan 17 14:58:42 2008 - - 4 Answers - 0 Comments A. No, they are ignoring him because he is not a credible candidate, has no power base other than on the Internet, and is a little less than sane.
