Most of them just don't do well with vegetarian diets. We had a client with a dog with IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) who fed a commercial vegetarian kibble and veggies for treats, and the dog did poorly and eventually died. Dogs have a short digestive tract that is made to digest meat. If you do insist on a vegetarian diet, I highly suggest sticking with a commercial kibble, simply because it will be well-balanced, proper nutrition. Q. to move and his ear goes down to the side of his head. He keeps shaking his head intermittantly until the muscles go back. We can't figure out what this is.
