Do you know anything about Michael Shermer, recent guest on The Colbert Report?
Q. I had heard his name in passing prior to watching a recent episode of The Colbert Report. I have since only read his entry on wikipedia. From wikipedia: Shermer is "a science writer, historian of science, founder of The Skeptics Society, and editor of its magazine Skeptic, which is largely devoted to investigating and debunking pseudoscientific and supernatural claims." I put this in a government category for the 9/11 Truthers (for whom I admit, I have had some sympathy). In his interview with Colbert, he said (as near as I can quote) "9/11 was in fact a conspiracy.
